Born in Sg, survived seven years of IJ, escaped to canada for the miraculous rebirth.. likes to say she found self there, But well when can we reach self actualization? now a waterloo student. 110% horse mad, was practically born on the back of a horse ( or rather wishes she was) horses are my favourite thing.

Life at Beaver Dam

Time is passing fast, it's already mid june and i have about 3 weeks left till i leave this place.

I will miss it....... i admit i will, i would miss looking at the breath-takingly speactacular view that i take for granted every morning. Riding 2x a day... all that barn work...

WHat i have done in the last month

a) Mucked more stalls than i can remember
b) Become comfortable with a wheelbarrow/ broom/ pitchfork
c) Found zen and comfort in mucking stalls
d) Lunged a horse for the first time
e) ground drove a percheron and irish draft horse
f) Worked with a three year old gelding, teachi him under saddle
g) Introduced saddles to colts
h) Fallen off 3 x in two weeks
i) Learned to cook simple meals confidently
j) Realised i love jumping over natural jumps

Ive done many things here, and learnt a lot. Very fulfilling...
