The truth in the long aftermath

If I had known earlier
My decision would have been made on the spot
No pussyfooting around, no second guessing or feeling guilty
cos you were so much to blame as well

If i had known my decision would have been easier
Instead i felt it was all MY FAULT
you were the innocent victim I BROKE

Wrong
You were the one that caused the imjury
You were the one who violated me
You were the one who tightened your grip around my neck
even when i said no
You were the one who hurt me

I no longer feel the guilt cos you don't deserve a BIT of it
